As Head of Product Design at Yubo, I thrived in a leadership role where I could leverage my design expertise and people-management skills. I built and nurtured a high-performing team of designers, writers, and researchers. Together, we became an innovation engine, crafting user-centric design solutions for Yubo's iOS and Android apps, as well as internal tools that empowered our team's efficiency.

Furthermore, I served as the design authority, the single point of contact for all design decisions. Reporting directly to the CPO, I championed a culture of design excellence, ensuring the highest standards were consistently met across every design initiative we undertook.

My role extended beyond leading the design team. I actively participated in shaping Yubo's strategic vision. Collaborating closely with the executive team, I played a key role in crafting product roadmaps. Here, I ensured that short, medium, and long-term design goals were meticulously aligned with Yubo's broader product and business objectives.

Finally, I spearheaded a comprehensive, end-to-end design process that drove successful product development. This process encompassed everything from in-depth user research and creative ideation sessions to the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and polished visual design. But my focus wasn't solely on design itself. I fostered strong interdisciplinary communication, collaborating effectively with engineering, QA, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from design vision to product reality.
